This one room apartment with separate kitchen was in bad condition with access to his roof terrace by a long way up from outside. We have decided to create a bedroom where the kitchen used to be, conceived a new bathroom with WC, installed an open equipped kitchen unit in the living room with a dining area and built a modern staircase in the living room providing direct access to the roof terrace (with Jacuzzi) from the apartment, giving this flat a fresh boost in a contemporary style.
